How does it work?

A talented mechanic fulfilled his dream and opened his own garage. As his work is excellent he is very busy and works long hours. His clients are very pleased with his services. However due to lack of time and lack of interest in administratio his clients are not being invoiced upon picking up their cars.

 

This is where I come in:

 

Once a week I am three hours at the garage to issue invoices and answer enquiries. I set up an invoicing process and send out requests for payment. The mechanic gets paid for his services and his company starts to work economically.

 

 

Estimated costs: 

 

Flat rate – 3 hours per week
at € 420 per month or € 35 / h

WORKING ON PROJECTS 

NEW OFFICES

You and your team get the amazing opportunity to work on a last minute client project, which would be very important for your company. Unfortunately, you do not have the resources to accept the job.

 

This is where I come in:

 

I support you and your team working on the project by taking over administrational tasks or I can reduce the work-load of your day-to-day business.

E. g. We could agree fixed hours for me to spend at your offices to support you and your team in any way you might need – on project or off project – you decide. 

 

 

Estimated costs: 

 

Flat rate for 12 weeks (any one day of the week for 5 hours)

at € 1,500

Your company is expanding and you are looking for new offices. You want premises with lots of natural day light, a location in the city centre and good transport connections.

 

This is where I come in:

 

I research possible commercial estates, visit them and take photos. I arrange viewing appointments and can accompany you to see them.


We discuss office furniture, infrastructure and what else is needed. I get quotes and sort out a professional moving company.


I inform your clients, business partners and suppliers about the move and the new address. The most needed infrastructure will be organised and is available upon opening the new offices. 
I will even put a few bottles of champagne on ice so that you and your team can raise a glass to a successful future. 

 

 

Estimated costs: 

 

When it is difficult to say how long a project may take I will discuss budgets and areas of responsibility with my client and then submit an estimate based on an hourly rate or a flat rate. 
The client receives a weekly report on hours spent and tasks completed. The client can decide what he/she wants me to concentrate on next.
