How does it work?

 

There is no time to plan your next event? If it is a business meeting, an anniversary celebration or the organisation of a lecture – you can rely on me to handle everything for you.

The planning and organising of the yearly Christmas party have been postponed over and over again. In the end a low end restaurant needs to be booked as all good places have no availability.


This is where I come in:


As soon as possible, preferably in August I meet with the management to delegate possible dates, budget and theme for the evening. 
I get quotes from restaurants, hotels and other venues. I carry out the site inspections, handle all communication regarding menu, guest numbers and set up. I buy and wrap gifts for the team and get them delivered in time for the big night out.
I am happy to handle the reception desk on the night so really everyone can enjoy their evening.

CHRISTMAS STAFF PARTY

BUSINESS MEETING

The general manager of a company that will celebrate their 20th anniversary soon wants to arrange a little surprise party for all employees. As the surprise should be really for everyone, he does not want anyone from his team to get involved with the planning.


This is where I come in:


I meet with the manager to discuss possible dates, budget, small presents for all guests and other topics for the event. To tell the company’s history from the beginning till today I draw up a presentation out of old photographs, newspaper articles etc. from the company’s archive to be shown on the big night.
Catering, music and a lovely decorated room sets the perfect tone for a successful event.
I am happy to handle the reception desk on the night so really everyone can enjoy their evening.

Due to the number of participants a very important business meeting cannot be held at the company’s meeting facilities. Good transport connections, a meeting room with natural daylight and a fancy dinner is needed to make this a successful meeting.


This is where I come in:


I research possible event locations, get quotes and conduct site inspections. All communication regarding number of guests, room set up and menus runs through me. I handle travel arrangements for international guests and inform all participants about details for the important day ahead.
